Over 6 weeks, you’ll move through a process of release, reconnection, and reclamation. Each week builds on the last, giving you a toolkit for lasting change.
How does your body (nervous system) speak to you in times of uncertainty, overwhelm, anxiousness, and stress? View these sensations, emotions and feelings as invitations for expansion and growth, rather than obstacles that keep you stuck. Learn how to co-create your life with your nervous system to feel clear, capable and confident to meet the demands of life.
Module 1: How does my body speak to me?
Module 2: Stuck is not your state of being
Identify an area in your life where you’re ready to see a shift - a place where you want to grow, transform, and create meaningful change from within yourself. This is going deep and asking yourself what am I currently manifesting and how am I currently showing up - and how do I want this to be different. Common areas include your relationships, career, friendships, family dynamics, health, finances and simply, yourself. What does your heart truly desire?
Module 3: Letting go, releasing and reframing
As you begin to embody a new version of yourself, a process of letting go, releasing and reframing naturally unfolds. This process may invite you to clear away stuck energy, negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, old patterns and behaviours, old stories, pain, trauma, and fear that have been keeping you stuck and frustrated wondering why you can’t seem to get ahead. By releasing from the subconscious - moving beyond your ego - you can pursue your vision with openness and love, grounded in your heart and soul. Breathwork is a powerful tool for this, helping you move beyond the thinking mind and into the body, allowing for true, lasting release and transformation. The body knows the way forward.
Module 4: The frequency of feeling good
What might be possible if you could feel good more often? What might you be capable of if you trust yourself enough to know that even in difficult times, you
have the clarity, capacity, capability and confidence to find your way back to feeling good - and that when you feel good you become a mirror for more of
this to come into your life. This is your frequency to create from.
Embracing your vision as your actual reality. It is from this place of feeling good, that you’ll focus on the powerful process of calling in what you truly desire. When you cultivate a state of feeling good, you become a magnet for your heart’s deepest desires, drawing in what aligns with your true self and letting go of anything that no longer serves you. Notice that life flows more effortlessly from this place. You’ll experience less resistance, less need for control, and greater ease as you attract what’s always been for you all along.
Module 5: The arrival
Welcome home. In this final module, we bring everything together with a gentle reminder - you are your own safe haven and inner sanctuary. Imagine if you could feel the love, safety, and support you seek already within YOU. Every breath you take - an invitation to return home to your body, to reconnect with your inner peace, strength and wisdom. It’s the foundation that will carry you through life’s challenges, reminding you that no matter what comes your way, you have everything you need within to navigate it with clarity, capacity, capability and confidence.
Module 6: Return to you
“WOW! I have experienced and loved my breath practice for a few years now, but had not used it as a directed practice before in this way. Shannon's guidance to help calm and settle my mind, resulted in so many positive outcomes in my life. She provides a warm, safe, inviting space in which I felt truly comfortable and could trust her with the work we actioned. Each session had an outline and was joyful to complete, as was the homework. With Shannon and breathwork, I was able to move through some of my 'sticking points', much more rapidly and effectively than had I been going along as I was alone. Meet Shannon
Shannon’s work is rooted in the belief that coming home to yourself is the most powerful journey you can take. She will teach you how to expand the capacity of your nervous system to receive more - money, love, health, joy, freedom, confidence, clarity, happiness etc. As a certified Breathwork Coach, Yoga Nidra Instructor, and Trauma of Money Coach, she weaves together somatic practices, nervous system support, and subconscious healing to guide you into deeper connection, inner peace, and embodied self-trust. She believes in cultivating inner growth for outer greatness, helping you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
With a grounded yet intuitive approach based on her own healing experience and her education, Shannon holds space for your personal transformation in a way that feels safe, supportive, and deeply nourishing. Her sessions may stem from one specific modality like breathwork or be a blend of breathwork, yoga nidra, guided meditation, other somatic practices, and thoughtful conversation paired with practical knowledge - tools that help quiet the noise, soften protective layers, and reawaken the wisdom that lives in your body and heart.
In her presence, there’s permission to slow down, to feel what’s ready to be felt, and to begin again. Her teachings are informed not just by years of training, but by her own lived experience - including leaving behind a decade long relationship, a high pressure career in the corporate realm, and moving cities to follow the call toward a more aligned way of living.

She is based in Whistler and works with people both in-person and online, 1:1 and in groups, through workshops, retreats and a 6 module course for personal transformation.
“I was entirely new to breathwork when I met Shannon but I knew I needed to change something in my life - I started by attending a few of Shannons workshops. I was not really sure what to expect as breathwork is quite different from anything I have done in the past but each time I walked away from a workshop I felt like I had a weight lifted off my shoulders - each experience being entirely different however I somehow felt each time that I got exactly what my body needed in that moment from each session.
I then went on to sign up for the The Shift, which was quite a turning point for me. I learnt so much about my inner self - my wants and needs, rather than what I am expected to want. I typically open space for 2 1:1 clients per month.

Typically 3-4 times per year. Subject to change.

In order to get the most out of this program, I recommend setting aside the following:
Group Cohort - 2 hours each week to watch the weekly video module (either live or recorded).
1:1 - 1.5 hours each week to watch the weekly video module (either live or recorded). Or attend in person.
Group and 1:1 - 30 mins + to do the module homework on your time.
After the program ends you are welcome to attend the monthly 30 minute group calls to answer additional questions and offer insights to help you keep the momentum of The Shift experience going.

Your health, mentally emotionally and physically should be at your utmost priority - everything else hinges on this.
I find that people make the time if they are serious about making changes in their life. To reduce stress and anxiety, to have more clarity, to feel good more often, and to feel safe and at home in their body.
Ask yourself: how much longer do I want to feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious…? And why is nothing changing?
If you are serious about healing and making changes in your life you can’t afford not to make the time. Stress, anxiety, having your nervous system unbalanced - all take a huge toll on you.
Make the time for yourself - to heal, to grow, to move beyond your comfort zone. You truly deserve it.

Great question. This is completely a personal choice based on your unique situation and learning style.
Both 1:1 and the group follow the structure and format of the 6 modules but…
1:1 offers a much more personalized and custom tailored experience because everything is about you! You get the entire 1.5 hours for each module to yourself.
The group offers a less personalized and customized experience but you have the support of a group dynamic. Sharing experiences with others that might be going through the same thing or similar things you are.
