All are welcome. No experience is necessary. I will share the theme of the session, how the specific breathing technique works, fully guide you through a healing session, and leave time afterwards to re-integrate, share about your experience and ask questions.

No. You do not need to attend the live session. A recording will be sent out afterwards if you can’t join us at the scheduled time of the session.

Yes! My own personal experience and that of my clients is that virtual sessions are just as powerful and impactful as in-person sessions.
