PERSONALIZED 1:1 BREATHWORK SESSIONS

Tailored to your individual needs and desires, these sessions offer an exclusive opportunity for a deeper exploration of self, available both in-person and virtually.

In the comforting space of a 1:1 setting, you can delve into your inner world with confidence, knowing that the entirety of the session is dedicated to your unique experience. These sessions serve as a pathway to help you get out of your thinking mind and move into your body so you feel more connected with your intuition and inner guidance, facilitating the release of anxiety, tension, stress, pain and trauma from within the body.  Doing so helps you rediscover your authentic self, purpose and path you wish to create for yourself in life. 

Each session is guided with music and my voice.  Sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes.  This time allows for meaningful conversations, intention-setting, and a thoughtful integration and reflection period before concluding.

By the end of the session, you'll feel rejuvenated and equipped with a deeper understanding and connection to yourself and a clearer vision of how you want to feel and what you want to create moving forward. No experience is necessary.

The essence of this course is to help you heal your relationship with yourself through the power of your breath by getting you out of your thinking mind and into your body.  We want the mind and body to speak the same language so you feel strong, grounded, calm, focused and ready to handle what life may throw at you at all times.  It is to remind you that you always have a safe and supported place to come home to, no matter what.
